Chosen activity + what's included 

10.00 am -  Arrival, welcome & refreshments. & tour of gardens

10.45 am -  Your Choice of activities from the list above *

12.30 am -  Break for light healthy lunch - provided. 

1.15 pm -     Resume activity of choice and time to consolidate your new plans and break them down into achievable daily actions.

 

2.30 pm -.   Time to explore the gardens further and cut and arrange your own fresh flowers to take home 

3.30-4.pm- Leave for a home with a clear path, actions for your future, and the following;

  • Experienced coaching support

  • Vision Board if selected 

  • 5 ways to Well-being Plan, if Selected

  • Inspire Now Journal, if selected 

  • Posy of fresh cut flowers

  • 30-minute accountability check-in call,3 weeks after your well-being day, to check your progress.

  • Renewed energy, focus, and faith in your self-belief and path for the future 

  • 10% discount on any further jkcoaching packages

Time for you to work on "YOU".

 We will start by exploring your answers to the 4 key questions below. 

  1. What’s your why?

  2. What’s your desired purpose?

  3. What’s stopping you from moving forward?

  4. How are you going to move forward?

Equipped with your honest answers we will then explore how you will move forward with your desired goals for the future. Breaking the goal down into small achievable steps, will enable you to take 1 small action every day to reach your goal.
